Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program Refund Policy

Enrollment Deposit

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $300 is required to reserve a student’s seat in the CNA program. This deposit is applied toward the total tuition balance.

Because enrollment is limited and seats are reserved specifically for each student, the $300 enrollment deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Program Start Date Changes

Students who wish to change or postpone their scheduled program start date may do so; however:

  • The original $300 enrollment deposit will not be transferred to another class.
  • To reserve a seat in a new program, the student must submit a new non-refundable $300 enrollment deposit.
  • This policy helps ensure fair enrollment practices and prevents seats from being held for multiple class dates.

Tuition Refund Policy

Once a student has begun the CNA program, including attendance on the first scheduled day of class, no refunds will be issued for tuition or any payments made toward the program.

Students who withdraw, discontinue attendance, are dismissed from the program, or choose not to complete the program after the start date are not eligible for a refund.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Radiant Care Nursing & Phlebotomy School CNA Program and submitting the enrollment deposit, the student acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by this refund policy.
