Empowering Futures Through Healthcare
Radiant Care Nursing and Phlebotomy School is a California Department of Public Health (CDPH) approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program based right here in Tracy. We exist for one reason: to help people get certified, get hired, and start earning in healthcare without spending months or years in a classroom.
While we work with recent high school graduates and some high school seniors, our core students have jobs, families, and bills. So we built a program that respects that. Our full CNA course runs for weeks, not semesters, with a clear schedule and instructors who actually answer your questions.
What we do
We train you in the classroom and at the bedside, then get you ready to pass the California state competency exam. When you finish, you have a Certificate of Completion and the skills to walk into a nursing home, hospital, or care facility and do the job on day one.
Why students choose us
Our mission
Healthcare needs caring, capable people, and capable people deserve a fast, honest path into the field. We measure our success by one thing: how many of our students pass the state exam and land a job they’re proud of.

From day one, it was clear that the instructors truly care about their students—not just academically, but as people navigating a very challenging field. The teaching here is outstanding. The material is thorough, up-to-date, and clearly presented. Lectures are engaging, clinicals are well-organized, and you’re constantly being prepared not just to pass exams, but to actually be great in the real world. What really sets this program apart, though, is the level of support they give when you’re struggling. school is tough—there’s no sugarcoating it. I hit a rough patch and honestly thought I might not make it through. But they didn’t just let me slip through the cracks. They reached out, checked in, and worked with me one-on-one to come up with a plan. They offered tutoring, extra practice sessions, and most importantly, encouragement. Thank you!!Posted on Google Elihamira JonesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This program was quick and easy to understand.
